1. Service Description

Polish-Flags.com (operated by Marcin Baranowski, sole proprietorship / JDG, VAT PL6692020067) provides professional vessel registration services under the Polish flag via the official REJA24 system. Our service covers recreational vessels up to 24 metres in length.

We act as a fully authorised agent on your behalf. The legal authority for registration rests with the competent Polish administrative authority (Starostwo).

2. Scope of Service

Our services include:

Preparation and submission of registration applications via REJA24
Verification of submitted documents for completeness
Communication with the registration authority on your behalf
Delivery of the registration certificate by international courier
Priority PDF certificate by email (Priority package)

Our service fee covers all government fees (80 PLN state fee). No hidden charges.

3. Client Obligations

To complete registration, the client must provide:

Clear scans of required documents as specified in the post-order checklist
Signed Power of Attorney (template provided in English and 7 other languages)
Accurate information about the vessel and its owner
Full and timely payment before application submission

We cannot commence the registration process until all required documents and payment have been received. Processing times begin from the date of complete document receipt.

4. Processing Times

Standard Package: Up to 40 days from receipt of complete documents (including courier delivery).

Priority Package: Digital PDF certificate approx. 3 weeks from document receipt; physical plastic certificate approx. 2 months. These are typical processing times by the local registration authority — they represent normal operational times and are not guaranteed deadlines.

We are not liable for delays caused by the registration authority, courier services, incomplete documents submitted by the client, or force majeure events.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required in full before we submit the application. All prices include the government registration fee.

Refund policy:

Full refund if application has not yet been submitted to the authority
50% refund if application has been submitted but not yet processed
No refund once the registration certificate has been issued
No refund if registration is refused due to incorrect documents provided by the client

6. Limitation of Liability

Polish-Flags.com acts as an intermediary agent. We are responsible for correct preparation and submission of the application. We are not responsible for decisions made by the registration authority, delays by government bodies, or events beyond our control.

Our total liability in any case is limited to the service fee paid by the client.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for Mielno, Poland. For consumer clients, mandatory provisions of EU consumer protection law apply.
