Do I need to bring my boat to Poland? →
No. The entire process is handled electronically. You send us document scans by email. We handle everything else.
How long does registration take? →
By Polish law, the registration authority has up to 30 days to process the application. With Standard package, add courier delivery time — up to 40 days total. Express package includes priority filing and a digital PDF certificate emailed to you within ~7 working days of document verification.
Does my vessel need a technical inspection? →
Under current Polish law, registration of recreational vessels does not require a technical inspection. We work based on your vessel's documentation only (CE declaration, HIN number, purchase documents).
My vessel is currently registered in another country. Can I still register it in Poland? →
Yes — but the vessel must first be deregistered (deleted) from its current register. You need to provide a deregistration certificate. We can guide you through this process.
Will I receive a physical registration document? →
Yes. The authority issues a plastic registration certificate. We collect it in Poland and ship it to you anywhere in the world by courier — included in the price.
