Polish-Flags.com (operated by Marcin Baranowski, sole proprietorship / JDG, VAT PL6692020067) provides professional vessel registration services under the Polish flag via the official REJA24 system. Our service covers recreational vessels up to 24 metres in length.
We act as a fully authorised agent on your behalf. The legal authority for registration rests with the competent Polish administrative authority (Starostwo).

Our service fee covers all government fees (80 PLN state fee). No hidden charges.
To complete registration, the client must provide:
We open your case and begin any work — including document review — only after full payment has been received. Right after payment we send you the document checklist and the power of attorney by email. Processing times run from the date we receive complete documents.
Standard Package: STANDARD (€399): we prepare and file your complete application within approx. 10 working days of receiving full payment and complete documents.
Express Package: EXPRESS (€549): priority handling — we file the application within approx. 3 working days.
Priority Package: PRIORITY (€699): top priority — we file the application within approx. 24–48 hours. A PDF of the official registration certificate is emailed to you as soon as the authority issues it.
The registration itself — the entry in the register and the issue of the registration document — is performed by the competent Polish authority via the REJA24 system. By law the authority has up to 30 days; in high season it may take longer. This stage is outside our control and we do not guarantee any specific issue date.
We are not liable for delays caused by the registration authority, courier services, incomplete documents submitted by the client, or force majeure events.
Full payment in advance is a condition of opening your case — we start no work before it. All prices include the government registration fee. Payments are processed in EUR via PayPal.
Refund policy:
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. When ordering, you expressly request that we begin the service immediately after payment, before the end of this period.
If you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the work already done. Once the service has been fully performed with your express consent, the right of withdrawal lapses (Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@polish-flags.com. Model text: "I hereby withdraw from the contract for the registration service — order date, full name, e-mail address."
Complaints: e-mail info@polish-flags.com. We reply within 14 days. Where work already performed is in dispute, we provide an itemised statement of the work done.
Polish-Flags.com acts as an intermediary agent. We are responsible for correct preparation and submission of the application. We are not responsible for decisions made by the registration authority, delays by government bodies, or events beyond our control.
Our total liability in any case is limited to the service fee paid by the client.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for Mielno, Poland. For consumer clients, mandatory provisions of EU consumer protection law apply.
